« I turned the faucet on and it stayed on wouldn’t shut off, pillows were thin as a pancake. We stayed there for the pool park and it was shutdown. Nothing was on the website stating that either. Was all in all terrible. Smells like mold. »

« This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. Front desk was ok but the entire facility was run down. We could see daylight from our exterior door and it would not close properly. The metal frame to most of the doors at the hotel was rotted out. There was a mess in the hallway (crumbs in the carpet) that was there for 3 days and never cleaned up even thought the housekeeping staff saw it each day. They chose not to vacuum it up. »

Il manque quelques basiques. Peut-être qu'avec le temps ils sont y penser :
- Il y a une cuisine dans la chambre, mais aucun ustensile. A ma grande surprise on m'a dit d'acheter une casserole chez Walmart.
- Dans un établissement de cette taille, on pourrait avoir une salle de fitness.
En dehors de cela, les règles ne sont pas très claires pour un étranger, mais on se fait expliquer les choses très gentiment.
L'isolation phonique entre les chambres n'est pas...
